Luoyang Jingao Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established in March 2007 and currently employs 50 people. The company primarily focuses on the production, processing, and sales of infrared optical materials. Its product range mainly includes single-crystal silicon, single-crystal germanium, zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, fluorides, and chalcogenide glasses. Additionally, Jingao offers services such as rough machining, precision optical processing, and coating for these infrared materials. Products include a variety of optical components, such as mirrors, lenses, prisms, and window plates. The company has an annual production capacity of several hundred thousand pieces of both raw materials and finished products. It is equipped with over 100 sets of advanced machinery, including crystal growth equipment, as well as specialized tools for cutting, grinding, and chamfering materials. Furthermore, Jingao boasts modern, high-precision CNC milling and grinding machines, complemented by sophisticated testing instruments like crystal orientation analyzers, refractive index testers, resistivity meters, ball diameter gauges, and thickness measurement devices. In terms of optical processing, the company provides a comprehensive array of polishing equipment capable of handling various surface shapes—such as flat, spherical, and aspheric surfaces—as well as advanced techniques like high-gloss and low-gloss polishing, double-sided polishing, annular polishing, and single-point turning. These classical and state-of-the-art optical processing tools are supported by three interferometers for flat surfaces, two interferometers for spherical surfaces, along with polarization analyzers and profilometers for precise quality control.
