Luoyang Jingao Electronic Materials Company was established in March 2007 and currently employs 50 people. The company primarily focuses on the production, processing, and sales of infrared optical materials. Its product range mainly includes single-crystal silicon, single-crystal germanium, zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, fluorides, and chalcogenide glasses. Additionally, the company offers services such as rough machining, precision optical processing, and coating for these infrared materials. Products include a variety of optical components like mirrors, lenses, prisms, and window plates. The company has an annual production capacity of several hundred thousand pieces of both raw materials and finished products.
Strong production and processing capabilities
More than 100 sets of various equipment are available, including crystal-growing devices for materials, as well as slicing, grinding, and chamfering equipment essential for processing. We also have advanced, high-precision CNC milling and grinding machines, along with modern tools like CNC systems. Supporting these processes are state-of-the-art inspection instruments, such as crystal orientation analyzers, profile measurement devices, resistivity testers, ball diameter gauges, and thickness gauges. In terms of optical processing, we offer a wide range of polishing equipment capable of handling flat, spherical, and aspheric surfaces—ranging from high-gloss to low-gloss finishes, as well as double-sided and annular polishing techniques. Our classical and cutting-edge optical machining tools include single-point turning machines. Additionally, we’re equipped with three precision plane interferometers, two spherical interferometers, polarimeters, and profilometers for comprehensive quality control and analysis.
